Friday Pack
Use Friday Pack to generate the weekly PDF pack for a project.
Friday Pack is usually the last step after the week’s forms have already been completed and submitted.
Before creating the pack, select:
- the project
- the week commencing date
- the first aider
The app then gathers the submitted records for that week and builds the PDF.
The Friday Pack is typically used as the final output after the weekly forms have been completed correctly.
Before Generating The Pack
- Make sure the week’s forms have been submitted first.
- Check the week commencing date carefully.
- Confirm the correct project is selected.
- If anything is missing from the PDF, go back and confirm the source forms were completed and submitted.
